Everything you need to know about our most popular event "All You Can Play"
What level do players have in All You Can Play events?
Players are at various levels, ranging from complete beginners to advanced. This ensures that you can easily find a partner of a similar level.
I'm new here - how can I get started?
Simply download the Banana Sport app for free, where you can create your profile. To begin, we recommend starting with the "All You Can Play" events, so you can better assess your level, but most importantly, get to know our group!
Do I have to bring my shuttles?
We offer plastic shuttles for free on-site. Additionally, many players prefer feather shuttles and choose to bring their own to the event. If you prefer feather shuttles, feel free to bring your own, or you can purchase them on-site from our organizers!
I don't have a racket, can I borrow it on site?
Yes, we are offering rental racket, please feel free to ask our organizer!
How can I pay for the event?
Simply choose a date that suits you and click on the yellow button in the app "Reserve and Pay". Reservations/payments in advance are required for all events.
Something came up - can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations are free if you manage to cancel 24 hours before the event's start time. If you can't cancel within 24 hours, 25% of the fee will be refunded to your Banana credit.
Can I use the Multisport card?
You can use the card for all the All You Can Play events (Skalka, Štěrbo, Step). In your settings, make sure to enable the option indicating you have a Multisport card so you can benefit from the discounted price.
Please note that when making a payment, the standard price will be charged. This means you need to load the full amount, but after presenting your Multisport card to the organizer, the price difference will be refunded to your credit, which you can use next time.
Note: The Multisport card does not cover all the costs of the organized event.
