Founded in 2019 by Vlasta, a former competitive badminton player, Banana Badminton began as a small, close-knit group of friends who met on weekends to share their love of the game. What started as a casual hobby quickly grew into something far greater. Driven by Vlasta's passion and the team's vibrant energy, Banana Badminton transformed into the largest badminton community in the Prague area within just a few years.  

At Banana Badminton, our vision is simple yet powerful: Badminton for All.
We believe that everyone, regardless of their background or experience, should have the chance to enjoy the sport we love. To make this vision a reality, our mission focuses on breaking down barriers and creating opportunities. Whether you're a complete beginner, a parent hoping to inspire your child, or a seasoned player looking for a competitive edge, we’re here to help you find your place on the court.  

Our Journey  
Humble Beginnings: In 2019, Vlasta’s dream of sharing her love for badminton began with just a few rackets, a handful of friends, and a lot of enthusiasm.  
Community Growth: Through word of mouth, the group expanded, welcoming players of all skill levels and walks of life.  Three Departments, One Goal: Today, Banana Badminton is proudly divided into three dynamic departments:  
 - Hobby Club: For those who enjoy badminton as a fun, social activity.  
 - Kids Academy: Inspiring the next generation of players with expert coaching and encouragement.  
 - League Team: For competitive players striving to test their skills and push their limits.
